      Chapter VII

Being liked and accepted is a natural desire for everyone, regardless of age or gender. Even if we don't need tribes to survive, we still rely on others for stimulation and companionship. Humans are social creatures; therefore, relying on the views of others is a natural and almost inevitable part of our lives.

This can lead to many people overthinking their image in the eyes of others. Unnecessary worrying can ruin your day-to-day activities. Discomfort might cause you to feel uncomfortable with yourself and others.

When it comes to life's most crucial decisions, people think they know more than we do. When it comes to questioning our choices, they believe they have a right to do so. As a result of the lack of support we receive from others we care about, we may become melancholy and question our values.

Everyone has the right to think whatever they want, just like you do. What other people think of you does not have the power to change who you are or how much you are worth unless you allow it. In the end, it's your time. All that matters is that you are happy with your decisions.

"unnecessary anxiety" refers to worrying about what others think of you. Stop worrying about what doesn't matter, and you won't have to deal with this. You will be miserable in life if you spend all of your time worrying about your 'image' and trying to gain as many 'likes' as you can. Too much time and energy spent thinking about what other people think can be detrimental to your mental and physical well-being. Taking other people's ideas as gospel can lead to a downward spiral of insecurity and vulnerability.

No one can stop you when it comes to your creativity and imagination. In addition, only you know what motivates and inspires you. Suppose you want to quit worrying about what other people think of you. In that case, you must first realize that their opinion of you is just that – a personal preference. Having an idea is a natural part of being human. In reality, what other people think of you isn't something you should be concerned about. A constant campaign against them can't change a disliked person's opinion. Realize that everyone isn't going to like you.
