      Is there a warranty on the products?

      We are strong believers in the quality of our products and its purpose.

      We use a unique canvas coating that produces the highest quality images using UL Certified GREENGUARD GOLD Inks. 

      This means that our canvas will not fade, crack, or yellow and will last a lifetime.

       

      In case of a faulty product, contact our customer service at support@thrivilion.com immediately, so we can take care of the issue accordingly.

       

      To help fix this problem, it is very important to include ALL the following information when contacting our customer service:

      - Your name

      - Order number

      - Product name

      - Description of the fault

      - Clear pictures of the faulty product and the package as well (especially if the package has arrived damaged).

       

      All details will be thoroughly checked and reviewed with the corresponding department and our team will contact you as soon as possible with a proper response.


       Can I change/ update my order details?

      In case the request for change/ update is within the 24 hours from the time of the order’s issuance and confirmation, contact our customer service at support@thrivilion.com .

      - In case the request for change/ update is after the 24 hours from the time of the order’s issuance and confirmation, and your order was already processed and printed, unfortunately, we will be unable to perform any changes/ updates.

      Do you ship globally?

      As of the moment, delivery is only possible to the USA and Canada only. We truly hope to expand to further destinations in the future.

      Do you offer free shipping?

      • Yes we do, Free Premium shipping on all orders to USA and Canada.

       How long does it take for the delivery to arrive?

      Delivery time is within 10-12 working days from the time of the order confirmation.

      We produce each and every product especially for you and we do our best efforts to send your order as quickly as possible.

      How can I track my order?

      After completing the placement and payment of your order accordingly, a confirmation email will be sent to you by us with a tracking number/ link. In case you did not get the tracking number (check junk/ spam mail folders as well), kindly contact our customer service at support@thrivilion.com and we will make sure to get back to you with the tracking number of your order.


      Please allow 24 hours for updates to be reflected on the tracking link(s). This will allow the carrier time to take possession of the order and scan the parcel into their network. 

      Where is my order?!

      Our priority is to minimize any possible delays in transport once the order was confirmed. With that being said, delays in delivery may occur on rare occasions due to unexpected technical issues within the delivery process.


      If you have yet to receive your order and the order’s status appears as completed via your tracking link/ number, we kindly ask of you to wait for another 48 hours. It is also recommended to contact your local delivery company through which your order is being sent, for any further information. In case the delivery company does not supply you with any new update, please contact our customer service at support@thrivilion.com so we can work on solving the problem for you.

      After 24 hours from the order’s issuance and confirmation, there will not be an option for a cancellation of the order.

      Shipping Policy

      All orders should ship from one of our strategically located facilities within 10-12 business days. 

      Note that the first business day after an order is placed is considered as the first of these 10-12 business days.


      International Shipping

      Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

      Delivery time is within 10-12 working days from the time of the order confirmation.

      The shipping is FREE on all of our orders.


      How do I check the status of my order?

      When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

      If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thrivilion.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


      Shipping to P.O. boxes

      We do not offer shipping to P.O boxes. Please provide us with an alternative shipping address to ensure successful delivery.

      Late or missing refunds

      To return your product, please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. 

      You should mail your product to:
