      Shipping Policy

      All orders should ship from one of our strategically located facilities within 10-12 business days. 

      Note that the first business day after an order is placed is considered as the first of these 10-12 business days.


      International Shipping

      As of the moment, delivery is only possible to the USA and Canada only. We truly hope to expand to further destinations in the future.


      Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

      Delivery time is within 10-12 working days from the time of the order confirmation.

      The shipping is FREE on all of our orders.


      How do I check the status of my order?

      When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

      If you haven’t received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thrivilion.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


      Shipping to P.O. boxes

      We do not offer shipping to P.O boxes. Please provide us with an alternative shipping address to ensure a successful delivery.


      Refunds, returns, and exchanges

      Each and every product is specially suited and produced according to each order. As a significant part of our ideology to keep our environment safe and clean of waste, there will not be a possibility to return or exchange a product/ an order.

      However, Our sole goal is that you will be motivated and inspired by our products.

      Taxes/VAT

      USA and Canada orders won't charge for any additional cost whatsoever.

      That being said - Every country/ state has different customs regulations and fees.

      Once the delivery arrives at its destination, your order may be subjected to taxes and/or import duties.

      "Thrivilion" is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

      The payment for such fees is under the client's responsibility alone.

      Returns & Refund Policy

      If needed you will get a full refund as our Thrivilion Promise guarantee. Please note that in case like that, the cost of the return shipping is on you.


      In case of a faulty product, contact our customer service at support@thrivilion.com immediately, so we can take care of the issue accordingly.


      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.


      Please note: Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, won't  be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

      Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

      • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
      • You received an approval number code from us for returning your order
      • The item must be in the original packaging
      • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only replace items if they are arrived defective or damaged. 

      Send us an email at support@thrivilion.com before shipping your item to us, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

      Send your item to:  1931 Cordova Road # 1021, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316.

      It is very important to include ALL the following information :

      - Your name

      - Order number

      - Product name

      - Description of the fault

      - Clear pictures of the faulty product and the package as well (especially if the package has arrived damaged).

      Exempt Goods

      The following are exempt from refunds:

      • Gift cards


      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days.

      Late or missing refunds

      • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thrivilion.com


      Shipping

      To return your product, Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. 

      You should mail your product to:

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless you got a defective or damaged product.

      If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

      We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
